Your Day at Renew Med Spa

In case you are the expert spa guest or brand new to med spa services, at Renew Med Spa, we genuinely care about providing top of the industry service every visit you make. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Dress as comfortable as possible, though you may wish to bring a change of clothes for after your treatment, depending on the plans you have following the appointment.

 

We encourage you to reserve treatments at least one week in advance to secure the date and time you desire.

 

At Renew Med Spa we strive for your time here to be exceptional so if you experience any discomfort due to room temperature, music volume or any other conditions, please tell your treatment provider immediately so we can make sure you are comfortable.

 

Gratuities are given based on personal discretion. It is customary to leave 15% to 20% of the total of the service.

 

Massage and body treatments are reserved for guests 18+ (some exceptions apply). We offer facial treatments and laser hair removal services for guests ages 12-17. Parents must sign a written consent and in-take form.

Any cancellation or No Show with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 charge, unless it is for fillers, then it is a $100 charge. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us in advanced for a single service and 48 hours for two or more services to avoid being charged the cancellation fee.

Please arrive for your appointment about five minutes early in case there is paperwork for you to fill out. Intake and health forms are required to perform any spa services. Failure to provide signed forms will result in service termination.

 

Renew Med Spa is a cell phone free environment. Meaning we kindly ask that you silence your phone and refrain from speaking on your phone while you are here. If you must make a call, please step outside.
