Kacey Allison
CEO
A longtime resident of Georgetown for over 25 years, Kacey has a deep appreciation for the city’s historic charm, strong sense of community, and the people who make it so special. Her journey into the spa industry is a natural extension of her personal passions and professional experience.
Before opening Renew Med Spa, Kacey spent 14 years at Dell, where she developed strong business acumen and people management skills.
These experiences, combined with her lifelong commitment to helping others achieve their personal goals, laid the foundation for launching her own wellness venture.
Kacey’s vision for Renew Med Spa was shaped by her travels and visits to spas around the world. She took the best practices from each experience and brought them home to Georgetown—creating a space that blends results-driven treatments with luxurious self-care. Her mission is simple: to help clients look and feel their best through personalized care, advanced therapies, and wellness-focused programs.
Dr. Petrik
Physician & Medical Director
Dr. Edward “Pete” Petrik, MD is a leading board-certified physician with over 10 years of experience. As the founder of Arkum Medical Associates in Round Rock, Texas, he provides a wide range of treatment options focusing on functional solutions aimed at slowing the aging process, and reducing the risk of chronic disease and inflammatory conditions. Medical services include advanced nutritional counseling, functional genomics, hormonal and gut microbiome testing, as well as proven, effective treatments for skin, face, and body. His focus is on achieving measurable results through organic nutrition, exercise regimens, meditation, intravenous vitamin and mineral supplementation, medical-grade hyperbaric chambers, non-invasive body contouring, injectables, hair restoration, and more.
Dr. Petrik received his medical degree from the University of Nevada – School of Medicine in Reno, Nevada. He went on to complete a residency in Anesthesiology through Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine at Baylor Scott & White Healthcare in Temple, Texas, where he served as House Staff President.
After finishing his residency training, he remained on staff at BS&W and also joined the senior staff at the Central Texas Veterans Healthcare System, serving as the site director of the anesthesiology residency program. In addition to providing anesthesia services, Dr. Petrik spearheaded the surgical intensivist program in the VA’s intensive care unit. Dr. Petrik is also a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. He served in the United States Air Force and Air National Guard as a C-130 pilot and F-16 flight surgeon, retiring in 2019 after twenty years of dedicated service. Dr. Petrik has a passion for promoting health and wellness on an individual level, namely “biohacking.” He is currently pursuing certification from the Institute of Functional Medicine while partnering with medical spas and clinics in the Austin area in order to offer patients more than the overused prescription drugs and surgery.
Kristina Clayburn
Nurse Practitioner
As a dual certified nurse practitioner with a solid foundation in hospital medicine, I am dedicated to enhancing your health and well-being. My passion lies in disease prevention and health optimization, ensuring that you not only feel your best but also look your best. When I’m not at the hospital, I focus on collaborating with you to develop a personalized plan that incorporates both aesthetic injections and holistic health strategies. Together, we’ll work towards achieving your unique health and beauty goals.
Victoria
Lead Licensed Aesthetician and Licensed LHR & IPL
Victoria was previously an esthetician with Image Skin Studio and continued her training to further here knowledge in that medical esthetic industry.
Victoria is a licensed Professional Laser Technician adding to her Texas Esthetician License.
As a Licensed Aesthetician and Licensed LHR & IPL, Victoria specializes in skincare esthetics and cosmetic laser treatments including laser hair removal, IPL/BBL Photofacials, and still full embraces her talents as an esthetician providing facials, microdermabrasion, peels, and anything aesthetic related to helping her clients achieve their skin goals.
With a caring touch, Victoria’s passion is to help others love their skin by providing education, tools and treatments to help each client meet their individual health and beauty goals. She received her aesthetician training at the prestigious Paul Mitchell School in Austin, Texas in 2020. Victoria furthered her education receiving certifications in Dermaplaning, IPL and LHR. In addition, she is proficient in chemical peels, microdermabrasion and individualized facials.
As a former caregiver for elderly clients, Victoria is a compassionate listener and communicator who knows the importance of developing close relationships with her clients in order to provide the best possible care plan. This experience translates seamlessly with her passion and the practice of aesthetics. Getting to know her aesthetic clients, listening and tailoring services directly to the individual is of utmost importance to Victoria.
Victoria herself has struggled with problems with acne, oily skin,and ingrown hair and these issues led her to pursue a career in aesthetics. She has seen firsthand the difference that quality skin care and treatments can make and the improved self-esteem that follows. Victoria’s caring and nurturing personality combined with her expertise will provide her clients with an exceptional experience and even more exceptional outcomes. She continues her education in aesthetics with curiosity and passion.
Kianna
My journey into massage therapy began after college while working as a veterinary nurse in an emergency and specialty hospital. Although I loved caring for patients, I realized the emotional demands led me to seek a more balanced, hands-on healing path. Helping others has always been central to who I am. From assisting athletic trainers in high school to caring for my grandmother through therapeutic touch.
These experiences, along with a deep sense of compassion, guided me to become a licensed massage therapist and a certified lymphatic drainage specialist since 2022. I am dedicated to creating personalized treatments that support each client’s unique needs and healing goals. Being part of my clients’ wellness journeys is both meaningful and inspiring.

Licensed Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician
Passionate and experienced aesthetician with over 10 years of experience providing clients with optimal skincare treatments and solutions. Excellent at performing facial treatments, diagnosing skin issues, and understanding client’s concerns. She uses the combined benefits of customized facials and laser treatments to achieve the highest level of results. Also has a strong understanding of laser safety protocols and client care. She is very committed to providing the highest level of customer service.
Stephanie Powell
Medical Aesthetician, Senior Laser Technician and a Massage Therapist
With over 15 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, I am a licensed Esthetician and certified Laser Technician passionate about helping clients look and feel their best. I specialize in advanced skincare treatments, including chemical peels, laser hair removal, and customized facial therapies, combining science and beauty for real, lasting results.
While I also offer massage therapy as part of my services, my true passion lies in results-driven skincare and cutting-edge laser technology. I take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment where each client feels confident, cared for, and educated about their skin health.
Maegan Wallace
Hi there my name is Maegan Wallace, a licensed esthetician dedicated to helping others feel beautiful, confident, and cared for.
I recently relocated to the Austin/Georgetown area with my partner, Timothy, and I’m excited to begin my journey in the med-spa/dermatology world specializing in skin health, corrective treatments, and long-term results. My passion is rooted in service, education, and creating a safe, uplifting space for every client I meet.
Faith drives me, family grounds me, and my work fulfills me. Whether I’m curating a tailored skincare plan, or continuing my advanced esthetics education, my goal is simple: to help others feel beautiful inside and out.

Tavon is an eight- year Army veteran, certified personal trainer, and former track athlete with a strong passion for wellness, recovery and performance. Now a competitive bodybuilder he fully understands the vital role massage therapy plays in longevity and overall well-being. With over two years of dedicated interest in massage, Tavon’s goal is to provide restorative bodywork for athletes, hard-working individuals and people who just need to unwind, reset and recharge. His approach is both knowledgeable and welcoming, offering every client a temporary escape from the demands of everyday life while promoting true physical renewal.
