You can now book appointments 24/7 on this page. Simply select the service and date that you would like to come in.
Please arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment start time. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call or text us at (512) 413-7960.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
To avoid any fees, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
For Monday appointments, notice must be given before the end of business day on Friday to avoid a fee.
Standard appointments:
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.
- Failure to show up will result in a full charge of the scheduled service(s).
Appointments with our Medical Director, Injector, or Nurse Practitioner:
- Require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $150 fee.
Late arrivals:
- Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes past their scheduled time will be considered a no-show, and applicable charges will apply as outlined above.
This policy is in place to respect both our practitioners and the time reserved for each of our valued clients.
