Membership Terms & Policies:

  • Minimum Commitment:
    • Spa & Rewind Botox: 6 months
    • Laser & HRT: 12 months
    • After the initial term, all memberships become month-to-month.
  • Cancellation:
    • Written notice via email (renewmedspa.gt@gmail.com) is required 30 days in advance.
    • One final monthly draft will occur after the cancellation notice.
  • Missed Appointments:
    • We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
    • For Rewind Botox appointments with our injector or medical director, a $150 fee applies for missed visits without proper notice.
